Today
As I opened my eyes this morning, I greeted the day with prayers and a smile. It is so good to be alive!
As I age, aches and pains of the body are there. I am not as young as I used to be. It takes me longer to do what I used to do in a few minutes. Minutes can become hours now.
But the joy of life remains.
A flock of geese just flew over, honking all the while. The sun feels warms on my head and is bright. Colors surround me in many forms. It will be another good day.
How do I know that will be true? Because I declare it to be so.
Will there be obstacles to face? Yes. Will some of those have a negative impact? Of course, but I will counter it with a positive attitude. I know that what I focus on will multiply, so I focus on the good. The bad stuff will multiply exponentially, like feeding a Gremlin after midnight and then getting it wet (like in the movie “Gremlins”)!
What do you want to emphasize…positive or negative? It is your choice.

In response to your question, I always keep a separate copy of my posts so that I have it backed up, and I have an exterior hard drive for this as well. I believe my host, http://www.wordpress.com, has two layers of security if you have a smart phone. I have not had any problem to date. My host is http://www.wordpress.com, which has free themes and lots of online guides. It is reasonably priced. You might want to check it out. The easiest way for them to remove themselves from comment notifications is by navigating to the following page when logged in to their WordPress.com account:

From that page, they’ll need to click the “Edit” link next to your blog name. Then, they’ll see the option to toggle the comment notification off. Here’s an example:
If they do not subscribe through WordPress.com and instead use only email, they can still update their subscription setting by using the Manage Subscriptions link at the bottom of the email as shown here:
