As I opened my eyes this morning, I greeted the day with prayers and a smile. It is so good to be alive!

As I age, aches and pains of the body are there. I am not as young as I used to be. It takes me longer to do what I used to do in a few minutes. Minutes can become hours now.

But the joy of life remains.

A flock of geese just flew over, honking all the while. The sun feels warms on my head and is bright. Colors surround me in many forms. It will be another good day.

How do I know that will be true? Because I declare it to be so.

Will there be obstacles to face? Yes. Will some of those have a negative impact? Of course, but I will counter it with a positive attitude. I know that what I focus on will multiply, so I focus on the good. The bad stuff will multiply exponentially, like feeding a Gremlin after midnight and then getting it wet (like in the movie “Gremlins”)!

What do you want to emphasize…positive or negative? It is your choice.

    When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!

      From WordPress IT assistance – for duplicate comments received because they checked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox issue:

      The easiest way for them to remove themselves from comment notifications is by navigating to the following page when logged in to their WordPress.com account:

      http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

      From that page, they’ll need to click the “Edit” link next to your blog name. Then, they’ll see the option to toggle the comment notification off. Here’s an example:

      If they do not subscribe through WordPress.com and instead use only email, they can still update their subscription setting by using the Manage Subscriptions link at the bottom of the email as shown here:

    Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything. Nevertheless just imagine if you added some great images or videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this site could definitely be one of the best in its niche. Very good blog!

      My host is http://www.wordpress.com, which has free themes and lots of online guides. I used Mystique, which I modified, using the guides. It is mobile friendly. It is reasonably priced. There is a double layer of security if you have a smart phone. You might want to check it out. All you have to do is “follow the bouncing ball.” It is very easy to do. No coding knowledge is required. Follow your passion and blog. Write it down and get it out there! Happy blogging! Enjoy your day! 🙂

    I was wondering if you ever considered changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?
